The most pawsome Sunday ever.
If you thought Santa only came for cookies and kids, think again. Our first annual Santa Paws event in Downtown Cheyenne proved he’s just as into wagging tails, tiny sweaters, and a whole lot of fur. With over 80 animals strutting their stuff, it was easily one of the best Sundays of the year—and we’re still smiling about it.

The Stars of the Show
From pint-sized pups to full-grown gentle giants, we had it all. Cats, dogs, and even a few less expected furry friends came out to pose with Santa (and yes, we’re talking about the bunny who practically stole the show). There were matching outfits, festive bandanas, and enough cuteness to make even the Grinch’s heart grow three sizes.
The Real Magic in Cheyenne
Sure, the photos were adorable (seriously, check out the album if you haven’t yet), but the real magic was seeing so many of you in downtown Cheyenne come together to celebrate your pets. It’s no secret we’re all about fostering creativity and adventure here at Westward, and this event reminded us just how much joy our furry friends bring to the mix.

A Cheyenne Tradition is Born
If this was how we kicked things off, just imagine what next year will look like. Bigger? Probably. Cuter? Hard to imagine, but we’re game to try.
Thank you to everyone who came out, brought their pets, and made Santa Paws such a joyful, memorable day. Whether your pup tried to eat Santa’s hat or your cat gave their best “Why am I here?” face, you all made this event amazing.
We’re already counting down to next year. Until then, give your furry family members an extra snuggle from us!
